Software studioNow building a client‑approval tool
Sound familiar?
Futels builds small, focused software for the parts of running a business that still live in email threads and spreadsheets — client approvals, contract renewals, the follow‑up nobody has time for.
Products
Client approvals ships first. The rest follow one at a time — each only when it’s ready.
First tool
Send work, collect one round of notes, get approved and paid — all from a single link.
Small AI-powered tools for everyday business work — like turning a long thread of client feedback into a clear to‑do list.
Software for learning: online degree programmes with partner universities, courses and training, and tools for schools and coaching centres.
Custom websites, web apps and mobile apps, built for clients today — with developer tools and APIs to follow.
Mobile apps for farmers: crop advice, local weather and market prices, and AI that spots plant disease from a photo of a leaf.
Security reviews for websites and apps: audits, penetration testing and hardening, so problems are found and fixed before attackers find them.
The product
One link replaces the whole email thread. Here’s the loop, live.
Attach the file, set the deposit, send a link. No account required on their end.
One round of notes, then approve and pay the deposit — all from the link.
Every request and its status, in one place — the dashboard updates the moment a client acts.
Approach
One problem per product. If the pitch needs a slide to explain what it does, it isn’t narrow enough yet.
Small releases, real usage. The roadmap is whatever people actually ask for after using it — not what we guessed upfront.
Unused features come back out. Software should get simpler as it matures, not heavier.

Questions
Those are built for signing any document. Futels is built for one specific loop: send the work, get one round of notes, get approved, get the deposit — the exact back-and-forth freelancers run on every project, not a general e‑sign tool.
No. They open a link, leave their notes, and approve. Nothing to sign up for on their end — that friction is exactly what this replaces.
Payments run through Stripe directly — Futels never sees or stores card details.
Not set yet. Early access users get a say in that and a preferential rate once it is.
Yes. Through Futels Developer we take on a small number of website, web app and mobile app projects. Email hello@futels.com with what you need and a rough timeline.
No fixed date — see the build log above. A small closed beta comes first; early access signups hear about it before anyone else.
